We are building an active and campaigning socialist organisation. Flowing from that, we have three simple criteria for membership: to support our basic ideas, to pay regular membership dues, and to help build our organisation in some way.
Our basic ideas are outlined in our pamphlet ‘What is democratic socialism’ so all prospective members should read that short publication.
Our membership dues are based on people’s ability to pay. The minimum weekly payment is $4, but we encourage members to contribute as much as they can afford.
How members can help build our organisation will depend on their circumstances and location, but everyone can play a role!
